You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your zs111 Account. Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action, unless you have notified zs111 in advance of a suspected security compromise.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. zs111 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PKR 200 per month against the balance of inactive Accounts following 12 months of inactivity, after giving reasonable notice by email to the registered address. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by contacting the support team and completing any required re-verification steps.

A sports bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Balance. In the event of a reduced-over format applied by the relevant authority (including DLS method), markets are settled on the official result as declared. Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler, etc.) require the relevant player to be named in the starting lineup for the bet to stand; otherwise the bet is voided and the stake returned. Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars fixture rules follow standard PSL governing body determinations.
A bet is void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the completion threshold for that market; the Player is found to have placed the bet after the event's official start time on a pre-match market; or zs111 determines that an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement. Void bets have the stake returned to the Player's Balance in full.
